The operator can manually unseal and open the sterile package of the
“nest” inside of the Top Leader Barrier system after the sterilization.

Optional Top Leader conveyor
with the automatic Unsealing and opening arm ( hot melt).

Loading and Unloading to the filling station 灌装工位的自动上下料
The operator can manually pick
“nest” from the tub and transfer to the filling station, then unload back to
the tub after the filling inside of the Top Leader Barrier system after the
opening.
开包后，操作者可以在拓领的屏障系统内手工把盒子内的托板取出上料到灌装工位，灌装完成后再放回盒子。
Optional Top Leader PICK & PLACE arm for the Loading and Unloading to the filling station.

Top Leader can provide ORABS/RABS+/CRABS for the whole system except the sterilization step
(isolator for VHP sterilization).

for whole systems are the best choice. RTP door for stopper and sterile liquid
