For some toxic product, Top Leader provides the washing machine for cleaning and drying the outer surface of the vials after the capping. Normally this External washing machine should Integrated with a negative barrier system to secure operator safety and optimal processing.

The Top Leader External washing machine is designed for vials from 1 - 250ml, the maximum output up to 24000 vials/h.

All containers will pass first through a washing cycle which allows though cleaning, using warm water, optionally with detergent, and second through a rinsing cycle with pure water. The caps should keep seals and crimps dry. Drying by compressed air. If require, an optional warm system can be provide for the air.
