Top Leader Dehydrogenation Tunnel are designed to cover the full range of pharmaceutical Containers, diameter from 8–80mm, Height from 30–160mm. Output ≥3,000 vials/h.

拓领的隧道干热灭菌烘箱适用于全尺寸的制药用直径从8–80mm、高度从30–160mm的容器。速度≥3,000瓶/小时。

The containers slowly pass the pre-heating chamber, sterilizing chamber and cooling chamber inside of the Dehydrogenation Tunnel successively by the conveyor. The exhaust fan of the pre-heating chamber will get rid of the steam of the container to the outdoor. The container will stay and be sterilized by the high temperature 300-320 ℃,5 minute in the sterilizing chamber. The cooling chamber will reduce the temperature of the container after sterilization until achieve the requirement of the process. All above process will be monitored and automatic controlled.

容器经清洗后通过传送网带均匀缓慢依次通过烘箱内部的预热段，高温灭菌段，冷却段。预热段的抽湿风机将容器的水蒸汽抽到室外，高温灭菌段在300——320℃环境下经过约5分钟的时间对容器进行灭菌，冷却段是对灭菌后的容器进行降温冷却，最后达到工艺要求。整个烘干灭菌过程都是在时实监控下进行控制操作。

Top Leader Dehydrogenation Tunnels are C-GMP design. They constructed of AISI-304 series stainless steel (non-contact parts) and AISI-316L series stainless steel (contact parts). All components are world-class brand. The standard control system is SIEMENS PLC with touch PC as HMI, conform the rules of GAMP and CFR PART 11. Optional fully servo driven system can guarantee the smooth and reliable running. The temperature distribution of the sterilization chamber will be within ±5℃.

拓领的隧道干热灭菌烘箱符合现行GMP规范要求，整机由非接触部分为不锈钢304材质，接触部分为不锈钢316L的卫生型材质组成。所有组件、仪表采用国际知名品牌，控制系统标配为西门子PLC和触摸式PC工控机，符合GAMP及CFR PART 11规范。灭菌段热分布在±5℃以内。

Air pressure balance technology can not only guarantee the pressure balance inside of the Dehydrogenation Tunnel, but also according to the process requirement by customer, can ensure dynamic outside balance for different pressure of operation areas.

Cooling chamber can use air or water for cooling. The cooling chamber is sterilized by means of HEPA filtered hot air at a temperature of approximately 170-200°C.

风冷或水冷两种方式进行冷却段降温，冷却段可进行约170-200°C热风灭菌。

The air chimney used the negative pressure sealing technology for protecting the HEPA filter.
