Top Leader customized VHP Sterilization isolator/hatch for the outer surface of sterile package of the “nest”.

Optional Top Leader E-Beam tunnel (Designed by SUZUKI Japan) for the exterior sterilization of tubs prior to unsealing and opening.

l  Unsealing and opening 开包

The operator can manually unseal and open the sterile package of the “nest” inside of the Top Leader Barrier system after the sterilization.

操作者可以在拓领的屏障系统内手工对盒子的无菌包装进行开包。

Optional Top Leader conveyor with the automatic Unsealing and opening arm ( hot melt).

可选拓领的传送带，带有自动开包机械手(热熔)；

 

l  Loading and Unloading to the filling station 灌装工位的自动上下料

The operator can manually pick “nest” from the tub and transfer to the filling station, then unload back to the tub after the filling inside of the Top Leader Barrier system after the opening.

开包后，操作者可以在拓领的屏障系统内手工把盒子内的托板取出上料到灌装工位，灌装完成后再放回盒子。

Optional Top Leader PICK & PLACE arm for the Loading and Unloading to the filling station.

l  Filling and stoppering 灌装和加塞

Top Leader Filling (rotary piston pumps or through peristaltic pumps), vacuum stoppering machine with barrier system.

Optional Top Leader 100% IPC weighing system with the PICK & PLACE arm and scale for the syringe weighing individually.

l  Discharging for the final product. 最终产品出料

The operator can manually discharge the final tub inside of the Top Leader Barrier system after filling.

l  Barrier system for whole system 全系统屏障

Top Leader can provide ORABS/RABS+/CRABS for the whole system except the sterilization step (isolator for VHP sterilization).

除了灭菌步骤外（VHP灭菌需要隔离器）拓领提供ORABS/RABS+/CRABS

Top Leader suggest the isolator for whole systems are the best choice. RTP door for stopper and sterile liquid transfer into the isolator should be used. 拓领建议，全系统都使用隔离技术是一个最好的选择。使用RTP门技术用于胶塞和无菌液体的传递进入隔离器内。
